It has been a week now. Nikolai Wyatt was born AT HOME, as planned, on Saturday 16 Aug 2008 at 0440 in the morning.
Jack had to work that first week, and our midwife Ollie was still here but everything is going well. Now, Jack will be on leave for awhile and we can all settle in as a family. Sammi LOVES her new little brother.
I will put the story on here as soon as I get a chance to write it. All I have to say is, if we were going to have any more children they would definitely be born at home. I wouldn’t step foot in a hospital for a birth again if you paid me!
