Yay!! It's Halloween today. I have 85 bags of candy ready to hand out - all tied with orange curly ribbon and with the good stuff. No reject candy from our house! (Remember the old guy who would hand out pennies, or the sample toothpaste and toothbrushes? At least you can't hand out apples any more, because how lame is that? An apple?)
On Saturday we bought a pumpkin, after they went on sale, and we carved it up. Tonight I am going to put it outside to lure in the trick-or-treaters. We will see if it survives the night or falls prey to a trick.
